A CMA is a more in-depth analysis of your home’s value and requires me to visit the property, giving me an opportunity to take a look at the interior of your home. What if I can’t provide access?
If you are unable to provide access, interior photos and a quick conversation with you (or someone else familiar with the home) may suffice. The more information I have, the more accurate and detailed the final pricing proposal will be.
